APPL sells this amount on any given day:
$136,986,301 (50 billion / 365)75 Million is not bad, given this is half of a usual day's work.
But what is the profit margin or net income of that sale?
Maybe half - $37.5 Million
Or at best 3/4 - $56.2 Million

They don't make 50 billion/ year.
You get 50 billion if you multiply their last quarterly profit by four, which occured over Christmas.

Think about it though, why would you annualize their profit in the quarter that includes the Christmas shopping season, are you suggesting that they will sell as much every other part of the year?

I can't wait for one of these HP Slate's. They actually run real apps like Photoshop and Flash, shoot Video and you are not stuck with AT&T.

I do like products that let me do as I like. HP has had some touch screen iMac-like desktops for a while, so they have at least been playing with the touch interface a bit. Not sure how well though, I haven't used one myself.
