Hi all,
Has anyone designed or implemented a Facebook fan page or seen anything a bit special out there?
I have to design one for a client and I am just wondering if any of you has superior knowledge on the subject.
Thanks.

If you are running a competition, check out wildfire.
Apart from that there isn't really anything you can do short of writing your own app

Thanks, I will have a look.
We're using FBML that displays your html and CSS within the facebook frame. Its pretty good. Just wondering if anyone had done anything out of the ordinary on this before.

I embedded a flash audio player into one.

Thats awesome thanks DrBombay. We've found one that loves the flash off a bit but I like to know what is possible before I put together the ideas. The same way as if I want to make a website I like to know whats possible before trying to make it kiss ass.

Wildfire is great, just used them for a Facebook promotion at a great price.

Just commenting on Diesel's "sex sells" campaign. I just wonder why these fashion companies have adopted the most lowest form of need to best represent the company. If sex sells, why don't they just sell porn and sex toys?

Thanks guys. with the Diesel and Dr Bombay's examples, is this using a prebuilt app that allows you to reference your flash file? We are trying to use the FBML to show our html CSS and hopefully flash elements etc but my legendary tech dude is telling me that FBML seems to not allow functions using iFrame. Any ideas?
