anyone been? live there? Im going with family to visit for nearly 3 weeks in may and trying to figure out cool things to do/check out maybe design related? if not art or tourist related.

i have been there years ago. can't remember what was there - but i do remember it was a beautiful city. one of my favs in spain.

s'ok.. pretty quite. university town if i remember correct. madrid's not too far away.
or a long but doable drive up to the north coast and bilboa, the guggenheim and basque culture.
that's where i'd go.
