OK, enough about the f*cking iPad.
According to the latest info, the Joo Joo Pad is a UNIX-based OS, boots straight to a web browser, weighs about 2.4 pounds and features a 12.1-inch capacitive touchscreen.

Yeah, and the battery apparently lasts 5 hours whereas the iPad lasts 10. Apparently.

I can't wait 'til Apple release their next hypermachine - the one shaped like a 14" spiny cactus, used by deep insertion into the rectum.
It'll still be just a rebadged PC using slightly different software and the Jobsian Cultists amongst you will still be defending it to the end, no matter how uncomfortable its use.

I can't wait until Apple have some competition.
The Joo Joo is a step in the right direction.
I only want an iPad if it can be jailbroken - if Apple ever removed to ability to jailbreak their hardware, I'd never buy another Apple product again.

I think the joojoo is a viable alternative to the Ipad,
it may be failing right now but it is a startup and the demo isn't half as bad as some make it seem,
still waiting for the first reviews of the ipad from QBners- but, the joo joo sucks at what it does, and it only does 1/100 of what the iPad canmonospaced

@utopian no video? youtube and vimeo already have h.264, ted, cnn and other big websites have already prepared their websites to output video for the iPhone/iPad
I won't suffer AT&T I don't live in the US, also, the 3G iPads are unlocked so you can put whatever microsim you feel like into it.
