A mate of mine quit without even meaning to!!! He decided to start smoking them as his lungs were taking a beating. ffwd 2 months and he realised he hadn't had one for a few days so just willy nilly stopped.
the stronger flavours taste about 80% like a normal cig minus the horrible smokey taste.
I say all smokers should try at least once... BUT you can't just buy one and try it. what you gotta do is get teh oil and put it directly onto the atomiser (looks like a metal sponge)

there's a lot of BS being spoken on here - of course they are a safer alternative - they lack the cancer causing tar and chemicals that normal cigs have. Nicotine does not cause cancer, it just provides the addicitve component. Please think before you spread false scare stories.

Buy this book, you will stop. Currently in the middle of reading it, lots of my friends stopped after reading it.

I know a few people who stopped smoking with carrs book. They started up again. You just have to have the will to stop. Its what I did. Made it into a challenge, see how long I can go without. It will be almost two years now.

1. They're hawked in shopping mall kiosks (like mobile phone "skins" and gray market karate-flick DVDs)

works great, felt real enough, good taste, no smell. Vaping can still aggravate your lungs and throat, especially after a drunken night of dragging on it. But it did get me through some moments where I definitely would've smoked otherwise. Used it for two weeks. Then one saturday I over did it. Took a break from it »» and real cigarettes were just out of the equation at that point. (!!!)now haven't smoked either analogs or their electronic counterparts for over 15 days since// and counting.
