A mate of mine quit without even meaning to!!! He decided to start smoking them as his lungs were taking a beating. ffwd 2 months and he realised he hadn't had one for a few days so just willy nilly stopped.
the stronger flavours taste about 80% like a normal cig minus the horrible smokey taste.
I say all smokers should try at least once... BUT you can't just buy one and try it. what you gotta do is get teh oil and put it directly onto the atomiser (looks like a metal sponge)
