MrDinky promised me furniture store links - which I see the thread has been bumped.... thanks

Stay away from king/jameson, jane/finch, queen/sherbourne
those areas are pretty sketchy

Hey everyone - Thanks so much for all the help! I found a great place near OCAD off Queen this weekend! It's only 20 or so min. streetcar ride to work, near a couple parks - I'm psyched
MrDinky - I'll take those suggestions on furniture stores now :)
Also, move date is Feb 10th...(assuming all proceeds as planned with the work visa)

Thanks everyone!
Yes, got the job, signed the papers tonight :)
I'm stoked (minus the moving again... I hate that part)

Yay! so you got the job! ;) Congrats again. Now, why settle for $800? Instead go to the mall, spend $250 on slutty clothes and find a rich guy ;) Preferably a lawyer, since you like those hehe.

yup, I agree with pylon...I live on the edge of Parkdale, just north of Queen and Gladstone...Parkdale isn't really that sketchy, and there are a lot of great restaurants and bars in the hood...
