Cage is okay in quirky movies. e.g. Adaptation, Matchstick Men.
I have no idea why he keeps getting cast as an action hero. He's horrible in every action movie he touches.

matchstick men was a good flick. he has to play quirky outsiders. it's the only way he works. bringing out the dead was another good role for him i thought.

i thought his performance in Peggy Sue got married was inspired. Seriously.
He did that fucked up nasal lisp thing or whatever....weird, but it worked...i absolutely believed he was that character....amazing role.
