Is a song i've known since I was a nipper and its a rule i'd stand by and that anyone with any common sense should stand by.These fannies infuriate me when I see them on the news moaning that their house has been washed away by floods or a river.
What the FOOK do you expect, you bought a house on a floodplain of a river!!!You don't buy a house on an active burbling volcano for the view and expect the volcano never to erupt!
So why buy a house at the side of a river?!
