Jesus, that's creepy.
What on Earth are those mad fruits are DARPA testing here, I wonder? Internet response times via social networks? Crowd-sourcing homeland security? A test of mass-observation awareness? Social resolution? Perhaps there are NO balloons? Or perhaps so high as to be effectively invisible?
Whatever it is, I don't like it, no sir.

At least detritus, you could tyler durden them,
buy 50 big ass red ballons, ask you friend over the us to do the same and crash that game,
