Is there any work here?... I'm just seeing a bunch of sketches that really don't make up a folio... but more like a brief trend in bad art used in design the last few years which is sure to go away...

The site isn't a folio, I don't have a folio nor do I want one. The site is somewhere I just upload stuff to. Most of what you see there is sketchbook work that will either end up as gallery / commercial work or end up in a publication of some kind. I also publish other artists' work. Version3 fair enough you don't like it, try to be constructive though. Ponyboy a brief trend that went on for a few years is a contradiction.

FWIW (and this goes beyond this one site), I'm not a big fan of that kind of generic lightbox script.
It offers nothing and seeing the templated buttons takes away from the rest of the site. I'd much rather simply navigate to a new page.
Other than that, site looks good I think...

No, I'm a lecturer and publisher, that's how I pay my mortgage. The work I do is for me, so when I get commercial work it's a bonus. The site is just somewhere to keep it all together I guess.
