Very good for the price IMO.
Now if you're looking to spend more.... there are a lot more options.

What are you going to use the mic for? voice-overs? Live audio at concerts? one of many mics on a video shoot? Environment is how I choose mics, but I used to do sound on some short films, so my experience may be alot different from what you need. Sometimes mic placement and pickup pattern are waaay more important than mic quality.

Looking to do voiceovers/in studio work mostly. Maybe a bit of acoustic music. Would love to fins a mic that could suit for both.
The neumann is georgeous but wayyyy out of my price range. Anything comparable at a lower cost?

AT4050 is a nice condenser for the money. Blue has some good affordable mics as well.

Audio Technica is best and most versatile in that price range in my opinion.

These are really nice, and not expensive:

I have been using a couple as overheads for drums and also as a vocal mic for recording.

I just picked up the AKG Perception 220 as an impulse buy. Thoughts on this one?

also ----- if you're just doing voiceover work YOU DONT NEED A CONDENSER.
you'd be better served by a large diaphragm dynamic microphone - such as the shure sm7b or the electrovoice re20 (ev re20)
cheaper, and better for your purposes.

I've got a Rode that I'm pleased with. NT1A.
