use the inbooklet feature built into indesign if you really need to.

you have to deliver it in loose spreads to the printer, he will place it in order

don't do it unless you're printing it yourself.
export as individual pages, the printer will sort it the way they want.if you are printing yourself, it's under file > print booklet

nah you can do it yourself it's so easy in indesign and it saves the printer some time and agrivation.
in indesign, file/print booklet i think it is and set it up with whatever bleeds/no bleeds as a pdf.

Manually set up your doc to represent the page order. "Page X" are tags that InDesign automates. You go in and change the page info.
IE: Page 1 is now tagged "Cover" etc
