    What are you trying to impress upon us - the review or the book?

    I suppose printing a book is probably one of the 'greenest' practices I can possibly think of. 1-up for that.

    From the review it doesn't sound as if any thing they're presenting regarding sustainability and green practices is necessarily new schools of thought, but merely the application of them.
