Yah. Drink lots of water, like a ton. Also, take some sort of relief liquid, like a Maalox, and see if that helps. Heartburn occurs for a number of reasons. Without those reasons, we're just guessing at a remedy.

I had constant bad heartburn that started last year. I stopped eating salsa and hot shit, and have not had a single flare-up since.
Sometimes heartburn can be misconstrued as liver problems too. If it keeps up, best to get it checked out.

Mix 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar in 8 oz water and drink. Take this any time you are suffering from heartburn.

I eat a couple Pepcid AC a day to fight off acid reflux. Tropical tastes better than berry.

I'm doing better now after taking some Tums®.
