I thought this film was such a piece of shit, and I couldn't even suspend my disbelief with the horrid acting. Not scary, and the boyfriend character made me so fucking angry. All around, two thumbs down. The milk's gone bad.

i think it comes down to how easily you get scared... in addition to my comment earlier, my mate (who has red hair) was scared shitless. his girlfriend told me he kept waking her up that night because he couldn't sleep.

Finally saw it. Expected it to scare the shit out of me.... it was fairly scary/freaky, but the acting and characters ruined the entire thing for me, making it a lame movie. I was expecting another exorcist (which still scares the shit out of me to no end), but no where close, not in the same league.
