Goose that Y out a bit to the left and you'll be fine.

also, neg space like the left of the Y always make for problems. often in this situation many people would ditch the idea of a force-justified logo and go for something else. either that or push the Y out a little more to the left but that may not work.

with type, especially with logos and special 'bits', don't use auto placement, you have to go by eye.
obviously this isn't the same for body-copy or longform type but certainly in instances like this a mathematical centre isn't the same visually as a balanced centre.
do it without the guides btw.
