Which web design galleries (if any) do you guys actually visit somewhat regularly?

Yeah, that's essentially the only one I visit.

I check this in addition to siteinspire: http://bestwebgallery.com/
I find siteinspire leans heavily towards sites that appeal largely to designers. Bestwebgallery posts more web 2.0 glossy stuff. That said, there is a lot of cross over.

Hello! I run siteInspire, so I'm biased. Totally agree with bort that I post sites that are for designers ultimately, but it's so difficult to find any consumer brands or other non-agency sites that are actually nicely designed. There are some, but are very rare in my opinion.
I don't really look at many other web galleries, but here are some I do look to:

http://irie.be/
http://minimalexhibit.com/ (but funnily enough these guys post sites I have done shortly afterwards!)
http://bm.straightline.jp/PatternTap and Konigi are also good but are more interface/pattern based sites.

SiteInspire is great, as mentioned, the quality of sites posted is consistently higher than most galleries.
I actually do like browsing through Patterntap and looking at the whole site when I find a bit of design I like. You often find good stuff there.
