I've been thinking of web design related jobs in Germany.
Is it hard to get one if you are foreigner and where you can search for them apart of monster.de?

prob best to start searching for web design rather than IT, might help

Developers are very much sought after, designers maybe not so much.

Depends what sort of 'foreigner'. Language skills probably more of an issue (depending what sort of company you want to work for.. some you can start with no German skills at all)
