yea pretty much tripod and FPS. doesn't have to be more than 3. you can just do diff takes and choose the best sequence.
I would add a remote trigger though to not jostle the camera throughout the process.

You will need four guys all dressed the same and perfectly coordinated. It's tricky but not impossible!

and wires, very thin but strong wires. not easy to find, but your local aerospace supplies dealer is a good place to start.

actually if you're a skateboarder you would know that he's not ollieing the bag.. he actually jumps off the board and pushes it backwards, which makes it disappear from the shot.
No masking, no clone stamp tool.
