Hey guuuys,
I've hit google quickly, but I know you'll all be able to answer this much quicker.
I have a document set up in spreads, all finalized, but I need to switch it over to single pages for delivery. I seem to be having a brain fart because I feel like there's a really easy way to do this, but I can't remember how..
Any insights?
Thanks,
LOLcube.

exporting to pdf? there's an option in those settings i believe.

It would be exporting to pdf, only problem is we need to extend some bleed stuff on each page before we export.
- doesnotexist0
so set up the bleeds in the PDF as well from the print dialogue

@doesnotexist
Only problem with that is some images are contained, and aligned to the inside of a frame, and whatnot. so we might not actually have inside bleed on some of the photos.. Does that make sense?

Basically, I just need to know if there's any way to break those spreads up into single pages in ID right quick.

you're probably going to need 2 versions sounds like

can you send him spreads? or use the booklet feature in indd
- after doing that I always have to go back through and adjust bleeds.doesnotexist

I did it! If anyone wants to know:
Allow Pages to Shuffle > then a dialogue pops and says "do you want to keep the existing page numbers on these spreads?" > click no.

document setup > facing pages (uncheck)
can't remember how/if that fcks with layout.

so can i ask why you need bleed on all 4 sides of pages that were spreads? what kind of binding would that be?
- It's to allow for a slight shift in the gutter size when the folios are bound.duckofrubber
