Full ride to Eastern Illinois University MA program or a full time web design job at Edelman (pr firm located in chicago) ... I'm a graphic designer with a passion for studio arts.... any recommendations/advice?

If school is free, go to school. You can do all of the real job stuff later on. Once you have a full time job, it's a lot more difficult to dedicate time to self-education.

do you feel the schooling will benefit you in the long run...or will the job experience be more beneficial?
either way, consider both positive and go with your gut.

Really? You are debating whether to accept a FREE education?!? (That's what you mean by free ride, right?)
Fuck, man. There'll be jobs when you get out.- that sounds like something a liar would say7point34

Exactly, it's like free money.
"Hey man, here's $10,000 bucks just for being you!" "Nah, I'd rather work for that".

The guy already has a BFA/BA. L2read.
Skip the MA, unless it's something you really want to do, which begs, why are you asking us? EIU? Never even heard of it.
Get a job, and start putting out dope work. IMO learning on the job > learning from a professor.
