I like the bg on the first one.

not a fan to be honest. all a little bit too bells and whistles. what group94 do really well is adding the little details whilst still keeping their sites fast and intuative.
the text effects on that remind me of those god awful javascript plugins you used to get years ago where letters would rotate around your mouse cursor.
