This happens to everyone, you'll just find it in you to re-focus eventually, don't worry.
Until then, just do the least amazing stuff you can get away with and tread water

take up an entirely new hobby.
if you aren't as fit as you can be, you'll feel much better if you are. The blood will flow better, you'll probably look better and you'll feel more confident.
Take a look at the Pic of the Day threads.

Burn out is a bastard. Take some time off if you can. Talk walks, go to galleries, gigs or spend more time with family and friends.
Sitting in front of studio worrying makes it worse. For me anyway.
And remember, it ain't your fault. All work and no play will do that to anyone.

Go out and pull a girl. You wake up the next morning, when you like the view when you look at the other side of the bed, your mojo is back.
- just dont leave mojo in her.. otherwise you will have bigger problems than lost creativityautoflavour

get an opinion on something by reading books from the political science section of your local library... start with Platos Republic...
change your attitude by looking at alternate design methodologies and visit your friends at their studios - keep dong this and every two years your work will totally change beyond recognition.
..redo a student project from back in the day to demonstrate that you certainly have come a long way...
hope this helps
