#1: have a nap every lunchbreak for 20 minutes, but not longer.

I thought you left?

shh! that's part of the pascii way.

#2: it's not important when you go to sleep and get up. it is more important that it is allways the same time. p.e. mon - fri 11' o clock evening to 8'o clock in the morning. a grown up needs 6 to 8 hrs sleep every day.
in times when you are stressed by your job, it is very important to get enough sleep - you can work more concentrated

#3: fruits neutralize the unhealthy acid in your stomach. drink water and green tea, and not just coffee. : )

Check the guys self development website, i reckon someone like you will find lots of useful stuff there, outside the whole sleep thing.
Polyphaisic sleep is very impractical tho.

Try with the "siesta de la llave"= Key siesta:

I read that Steve Pavlina thing once, sounded interesting until I got to the bit about him being a "long term vegan" and decided he was a cunt.

I've read about that polyphasic sleep thing...
You sleep for 20 minutes every 4 hours. Its supposed to change your life, but for the first week its absolute hell so I hear... after that, all good :)
- emecks0
except for the fact that you can't:
- go for a drink with your mates.
- go to the cinema.
- drive anywhere that is more than 1.5 hours from home.
- have a normal job.
- do anything spontaneously.etc etc etc
- sleeping 30 min every 6 hours is acceptable too, and you can time it with your lunch break.epigraph

ha, yeah, you gotta take that shit with a pinch of salt. Just use your intelligence and apply what works and what doesn't.
I'm still attempting to work in anti-narcolepsy drugs into my life, to eliminate all need for sleep completely.
- emecks0
exactly what I did Kuzalot,
polyphasic sleep is what doesn't work, well not in real life anyway - if you're prepared to be an egocentric frutarian billy-no-mates then sure you can sleep 20 minutes every 4 hours otherwise it simply will not work.
- Kuz0
i know a guy who got me into all this self-development shit, who did the polyphaisic sleep thang.
Is my age, runs a million dollar business as well as studying for his MBA. Saw him 3 weeks ago, travelled from LA to New York, then London, went on to Sydney, and back to LA. :O. All on that Polyphaisic sleep thing....
Has no time to socialise. And will prolly kill himself by the time he's 40 - but he plans to retire by then so, there you go...THAT'S DRIVEN!
- emecks0
I fully plan to retire by 40 too but am trying to achieve this goal whilst abusing nicotine, caffeine, alchohol and various other substances.
All that and I've got time to socialise.
- Kuz0
you're under 40??!!!!!
- emecks0
aye but I look under 30 :)
