So, from a users' point of view, how do you think I can get this 'site' to convert better? (get people to fill out the questionnaire)
(I've got about 175-200 visitors and about 35 respondents in 2 days)

regarding the conversion, maybe the questions are too deep (i visited, gave up after 1 minute of thinking, couldn´t be bothered to further explore a serious response), i guess the conversion would be better if you´d change the format to something the user can choose from, 3-5 options each. interactive, fast, shallow and so. internet.

or the visitors simply need some time to do the artworks for the site
