Ride my bike to work 1-3 times a week. Play hockey twice a week. Softball once a week. Drumming once a week.
I also drink a lot of beer and like pizza which builds my body but probably not in the way you're after.

I eat what I want. I get to the gym between 8 - 9PM nightly.
A sample of my workout week goes like this:
Monday: chest and triceps + abs
Tuesday: back and biceps + abs
Wednesday: hot yoga (cardio)
Thursday: shoulders and legs + abs
Friday: (repeat) chest and triceps + abs
Saturday: sometimes off
Sunday: sometimes offThat's about it.

I eat 2/3 vegetarian and am overall probably a hopeless health nut.

i'm starting that p90x stuff soon....
Normally I hit the gym about 5 times. I try to do one body part a day as it limits my time there. I also double it up with some cardio since my metabo is decreasing.
bodybuilding.com is ugly but has some decent sample workouts...

- we just do it at home. i'm a chick, so i use the resistance bands, but the hubby uses weights. it's such a great program but really hard work! good luck.mrseaves

Day 1: Chest, back
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Biceps, triceps, shoulders
Day 4: Legs, abs
Day 5: Rest
Day 6 = Day 1 etcIn general you should eat 2 grams of protein per kilo (or 1 gram per lbs) bodyweight
I get about 100 grams through protein shakes. I also use long chain carbs, but otherwise eat normaly

I only work out 3 days a week.
Mon: Chest, Arms, Shoulders, back and stomach
Wed: Legs and stomach

I work out a bit. Been trying to gain mass for awhile but I suspect I'm not eating enough or working out wrong. I'm about 6'4" 190 right now, pretty much no fat.
I try to work out 6 days a week, resting only 1. Days when I lift I'll warm up by doing about 10 mins on the treadmill (1min warm up, mile in 8 mins, 1min cool down). Days off I either shoot hoop or ride bike / run.
Have been doing circuit training where I hit every area on my lift days but now I'm trying to go for heavier lifts and isolate muscle groups. Advice?
- Do more combo excercises, lift heavy with less reps, cut down on the cardio and b ballepikore
