i'm starting that p90x stuff soon....
Normally I hit the gym about 5 times. I try to do one body part a day as it limits my time there. I also double it up with some cardio since my metabo is decreasing.
bodybuilding.com is ugly but has some decent sample workouts...
- just hit 30 days of p90x. i love it.mrseaves
- do you take the workout to the gym or do it at home? debating on buying some dumbells or just going to the gymrodzilla
- we just do it at home. i'm a chick, so i use the resistance bands, but the hubby uses weights. it's such a great program but really hard work! good luck.mrseaves
