yesterday i got a set of speedminton from http://www.amazon.com/gp/product…
it is really fun. a lot faster and more exercise than badminton.
all you designers need some physical exercise, and i think it is perfect one.

we recently started a croquet league

karate 2-5 days a week plus 10-15 minutes hardcore on the bag 3 days a week. I also do some skipping and resistance training.
Going to get back into running this year to build up to a 48hr, 100km walk for OxFam next year.

I have been doing ashtanga for a couple of months, feels great. Always thought I'd start yoga around 40, but felt flabby enough to pick it up a bit earlier.
Actually 40 isn't that far away...
