my wife and i do yoga a few times a week with an instructor, and at home the rest of the week - not hot yoga though, air conditioned yoga. I'd give it a try if it was offered.

I drag my girlfriend down to the karate class I teach, and the sex just gets better and better.

Keep going, it gets easier the more you go and your body will thank you for it. I nearly passed out the first time too.

110?!? oh my that room must smell great.
- Gucci0
Yep. 110. The instructor looked at the reading on the wall after a few people wobbled out feeling dizzy.
It was so quiet that you could hear the sweat dripping off people as they stood there. But I was in it too long to smell any funk.

Doesn't sound very eco-friendly. Surprised the yoga crowd go for it.
I went to regular yoga once, was quite good, but there was one old guy in a roll neck and tight shorts, took it all far too seriously, looked like Sven Goran Erricson, kept growling, put me off it a bit.

That's my girlfriends yoga of choice. They warm the room up to 105, right? I haven't gone yet, but have the feeling it could be pretty intense.

is that bikram? i think my ex did that. the room was always a bit stinky when i went to get her.

Yeah... the room was 110 degrees. All the bodies in there might have made it hotter. I was sweating just thinking.
I was the douche that thought it was a breeze. I'm so drained and sore all over. But surprisingly, it felt pretty good.
