Working for women is frustrating, when compared to men.
Men are (usually) logical and calculated, women act on emotion, and are unpredictable.
The few times we've had client "issues"—you guessed it, women!

Who hasn't had that client who makes a change every freakin' time they see the project. Makes you want to hide the project or put some absolutely ridiculous (to your mind anyway) design element into the mix just so they can take it out.

I'm adding your list to the list of questions I ask prospective clients....
1. If client supplies the text, I reserve the right to shorten it
2. If this is an indentity / rebranding, I insist on a font budget
3. if photos, I insist on research time + usage fees, not lunch moneySo, a nice litmus test to separate idiots from possibly great clients...
