I am responsible for a carbon calculator development. I have working draft with its math as Excel sheet and a new page needs to be added to the website. It can be done using JS (jQuery) or as web form in asp.net (can handle both).
Just wondering, what solution would be the best in this case. Time needed for development is the same. Client side solution doesn't require .net usage but it won't work if someone has JS disabled.
I don't consider flash.
