Went to sleep happy with this one...
woke up and realized it needed to be retouched and came up with this...

are you literally using dashed strokes in Illustrator, because without trying to sound like a dick, it looks it. I think it would be stronger if you considered how each dash shape went together to make up the over all form.
not sure if that makes sense, but what I'm not liking is how the various lines go together

i would align the dashes in the stroke of the T with the crossbar at the top. Same with the bottom and the B.
agree with dan, its a little cramped. air it out a bit.

you need some maths to clean up those dashes

there was a japanese site someone linked a while back that had some illustrator scripts, one would calculate proper dash length for you to get corners and endpoints to line up, can't remember what it was unfortunately

Tuberculosis? Think the dashes are sloppy. Will this logo appear like this when scaled down and will it get lost? Personally I think the dashes are too thin and don't understand why you're even using them. I'd rethink the overall concept again.

I see you are very pleased with it but I think you're jumping the gun by posting it everywhere. It's not even nearly finished and requires a lot more time and refinement. My advice would be to humble yourself and roll up your sleeves.

The spacing between the center of the T and the B was better on the first one. It left a little more negative space for the characters to breathe.
But, I can see lining up the dashes at the top and bottom of the B with the top and bottom of the T...
