Client concept sharing

Anyone know any web based interfaces or other tools for presenting / sharing concepts to clients?
I've found www.conceptshare.com but if anything it's got too many tools and little ability to customise the interface. Although the annotation feature would be nice for the client to use.
Obviously the alternative would be to just develop your own.
Cheers for any help.

email not really an option in our case unfortunately. We have account execs in between the designers and clients so forwarding emails back and forth would just get messy. Plus everything needs to be archived online so the client and us can simply click to see any of the past and present projects and look at how they progressed.
We have something similiar to Basecamp for project management. I'm looking for something that simply deals with sharing and feedbacking on concepts between us the client.
Any other suggestions?

you could set up a tumblr blog or something, post a visual as a blog post and clients can comment on it. Anyone know if you can post images into tumblr comments? that way you could repost in the same thread with the amended stuff and continue the dialogue
I've seen tumblr blogs quite heavily customised and integrated into sites, so I'd imagine you could make something branded to your company from it.
just a thought

Thanks for the suggestions. Taking a look at those two now...
Redmarkit could be good. More of a cut down version of Concept Share. Though, as you say, the interface is pretty ugly.
