i am moving into a new apt in the lower east side, but the roof is "OFF LIMITS!" any idea what can be done to get that rule changed?

Reword the sign. Any designer here should be able to help you with that. Then print it and cover up the old one. We just need a picture and dimensions!

do you have access to your roof? like is there a way on the roof? do the landlords live in the building with you?? is there a buildings maintenance person living there who watches the safety of the building?

i already tried, and set off the alarm...it was reallllly loud. im trying to find a LEGIT way of going about getting up there for the summer.

I don't undertand this question... none of us even live there—how would we know what to do to get the rule changed? Wouldn't you contact the landlord to ask this?
