My wife does it and I've tried it a few times along with her. I couldn't make it through on DVD without cracking up at the ghey instructor that looked like Kenny G. Just last week I tried it at a studio and I loved it. It kicked my ass and I felt great afterwards.

I always wanted to do it and every time I tried it was either too mellow or the teacher was stuck up too high in the clouds.
I've been doing Ashtanga for a few months now, it's quite intense, which was the deciding factor. My approach is, I need to feel it in my muscles the next day.
