I ate at that Popeye's once when I was in college. I find it disgusting that anyone in Rochester would eat at a Popeye's instead of Country Sweet Chicken & Ribs.
There's a Popeye's around the corner of my office here in Jersey City. Every time I've been to the place, there's been a thick fog of grease vapor, I shit you not.
