Well Rocket's gave them a run for their money, but will definitely enjoy the Nuggets dismantling them in the next round. Even Kobe will not be able to save them yet again this year. He is nothing without Shaq and his search for the ring will be fruitless.

i'm thinking its gonna be LA vs. Orlando. But i'm not counting the Cavs out yet.
- it is gonna be LA vs Orlando if they let em play...but i think stern is up to his ref tricks.sublocked

'Beating' is an understatement.. it was more like 'Debbie does Dallas'... and the Hornets were unvoluntarily used as Debbie

i like how miami and utah were both down by 20, both almost came back but both lost.

Watched the highlights from Lakers/Nuggets, great match, plenty of Kobe highlights even with only 22 points. I don't think they'll beat Denver at home next game, so it'll be going to 7. I pick LA by 8 points in game 7.
Something tells me my Cavs dream isn't going to come true this season though, 3-1 is not a good place to be. I doubt Orlando will give it up with a lead like that. Add to that Howard's last tech foul being rescinded, there's not much chance of him copping another 2 in this playoffs round and being forced to sit out a match. If that happened I think Cavs would cruise through that game...
- Orlando has been crazy, but The King needs some help!akoni

The Magic are foreal! Nobody saw this coming!!
Mo Williams effed it up by guaranteeing a series victory. You NEVVVVER guarantee a win in sports! bites you in the ass all the time!!!

not sure about lakers vs denver yet, but a kobe vs. lebron matchup would be a sweet finals series.
it would also give nike a little more material for their muppet campaign that i always fast-forward through.

not sure why, but this game just felt anti-climatic. game 4 was just too amazing i 'spose.
at any rate, a well-deserved win for kobe, fisher, odom, gasol and ariza.
also, i hope the nba gets a better marketing effort next season. the nba players standing around the trophy like a campfire was probably the lamest thing i've ever seen.

for the first time in years, i'm actually interested in whats happening with the eastern conference. i'd be happy if either the bulls or celtics took it. the celts are such a well rounded team and rondo is fucking fun to watch runnig around the court like a little rat. and the bulls, fuck they haven't really had any recognition since the days of jordan it seems. rose is getting a lot of attention for mvp, but gordon has been putting some serious points on the board for the bulls.
as for western... ughhh.. first off, the lakers are really shit under pressure. kobe just doesn't have it anymore.. can't even pull of clutch shots anymore (or could he ever)
still a fan of san antonio, but somebody's gotta give that little runt parker some help on the court.
but yeah, prolly rockets for western conf.
- kobe had like . . . 5 game winners this year. he leads the NBA in 4th quarter scoring even though he hardly ever plays in it. probably his most clutch year ever.wrong
- Kobe is still leagues best closer/finisherBattleAxe
- rockets lost 3 of 4 to the lakers this season. and one game kobe torched houston for 18 points in the 4th cos artest pissed him off. lakers western champs once moredijitaq
- yeah, if houston moves on, they will get destroyed.refunktion
