Couple of things.
I LOVE the poster for the Vienna Ball. Great work there.
I would have an a:visited state, as it's more than annoying having to squint my eyes and try to read an almost-white, grey text link to try to find where I was at again.
The logo definitely needs more treatment. The points where your flourishes meet the arms of the characters looks really shoddy -- the curves look very unnatural. I might also tweak the x-height on a couple of those letters if you're going to be doing that ornamentation on the type -- it makes some of the letters appear taller than they really are.

great site. great work. so easy to see who you are and what you do. you dont have to work hard to see the work, as the designs of many sites make you do. i never cared about 'visited' link states myself since i should know what i looked at. and i like your logo.
my only comment would be to do more with the opening page. that 'let's begin by letting go' thing is ok but doesnt really make sense in context, at least to an outside observer like myself.
