Any good out there? Looks like ones with linking conversations feature, ie. via "in reply to" button are strangely rare to find.

I originally used Tweet Deck, then Twitterific (best UI), but they lacked linking people's @replies to original twits.
Nambu doesn't link them either.DestroyTwitter is much better in this regard, I mean it does have that feature :) Its UI is ok too.
