I wanted to comment on this the other day, but I forgot really.

Couple of things I would change. As someone said, there is a significant amount of white space that buys you nothing. Personally, I wouldn't change a whole lot of it, except for the white space between the navigation and the body image. Don't change the image, they lend personality to the page that talks about the business theme. I might compress the white space above and below the three personas, but I wouldn't remove it completely.

I used to hate multiple navs on a page, especially pure text navs in the footer. More and more lately, I've grown accustomed to why there's a need/request for that, and think it's okay when handled elegantly, which I think you've accomplished here.

Lastly, I would vertically-align the newsletter sign-up to the top of the footer area, and place an information blurb below that, about what the newsletter contains. Simple sign-up can be nice if you're already familiar with a brand, but when it's something a little more under-the-radar like this company, blind faith sign-up doesn't exactly intrigue most people.

Other than that, site looks great, and your texturing is nice. I might possible add more color into the repeating horizontal pattern to draw some relation to the deep red in the background, but then again, it's one of those things I'd have to see first before making a final decision on.

    Good stuff!

I Like the layout, not to sure about the background image, might be worth playing around with some different textures and colours.

    • And yeah, white space need looking at.

have to agree with some of the comments about nav -- it seems like you may need some more IA thinking here, not just design.

to me your general design decisions are good, including background.

But I still say, what about the products! Content is king, and your content is the products, and they are barely visible on the front page.

I think you may be too in love with that smiling girl. she is good, but dominates the page.

I would also concentrate your product imagery on the products, at the moment it look like a tourist website.
