ok so this is just a sketch I did last night...
I am having trouble figuring out how to include another 2 words, "strategic excellence"
I am trying to keep it clean... so I made most of the words transparent, I was thinking that it would be 100% on a rollover
advice?

don´t stretch fonts, I think I don´t need to explain why.
srsly its not good... start over. there are so many logical mistakes in your design.. how will the 2010 award look like? will you stretch 2010 until it fits in your bloc look?

i think my college design profs lived for the days when they could humiliate and beat a student to pulp for stretching fonts.
as far as design faux-pas go, it really doesn't get any worse.

But is there some sort of explanation in depth why you shouldnt stretch a font, or a certain rule?
