First, rolling "R" sound... then the vowel sound from "up" with a 'wn" at the end, and then "valt"-ish.
That's the first name.

Roms = Rums, but with another rolling R of couse... and then d + the sound of "awww" (you know, when you say that to something that's cute or something)... with an 'l' on the end.
The lastname.

Rogn-vald, "o" and "a" as in forward
Moere is in norwegian spelled Møre, a sound somewhere between oh and eh, sort of like "yo"
The third one should be Romsdahl, I think, Rooms-dal
