extend your arm straight out, palm up, and bend each finger downwards (backwards) for 3 seconds, followed by all four non-thumb fingers for 3 seconds. do this a few times a day and I think you'll see a gradual improvement to normalcy
- That's just a warm up for aggressive ball cupping.harlequino

Used to have this quite often. Make sure you're taking breaks to flex your hands and fingers, don't keep them in the same position.
Also, make sure your mouse hand is parrallel to the floor. Don;t let it rest on the edge of the table or even a pad things can be bad. Adjust your chair/table so it's parallel. That should help.

its caused from too much pressure/damage to circulation on the wrist. try to position your hands so that you don't rest your wrists on anything.

Usually the biggest sign of Carpal Tunnel is numbness in your hands.

Anybodys wrist ever hurt in the evening after clickin' around creative suite and int0r-web all day?
Got a gel cushion for my wrist and an ergo-mouse, but that doesnt do too much. And the wacom tablet is obtrusive to work with type and layouts, or browse internet.
My mouse hand wrist makes clicking noises when i rotate it, and it didn't a year or two ago.
Anyone else effected? Remedies? Sarcastic comments?
