I heard they're having a problem with snakes in the North End. Anyone know about this? Odd for rattlesnakes to be in that part of the country but apparently people are reporting them frequently.
- are you sure they not just talking about their husbands. lol.akrokdesign

Yo - I'm in Boston on business for a few days, staying near the convention center, working at a client's office by Fanuel Hall.
Anyone have any tips on good pizza in this area or the North End? I've looked at yelp but so many options. I've got tonight and tomorrow night to do stuff after work.
I flew in early yesterday afternoon and made it to the Shepard Farey exhibit at the ICA. Pretty cool to see. Had dinner in the North End last night as well.
Anyhow, if any suggestions, much thanks. Anyone live here?

Pizzeria Regina in the North End (their Little Italy) has some damned good pizza, and Modern Pastry has amazing cannolis.
Hi-Rise Bakery at 56 Brattle Street in Cambridge is great too. And LA Burdick chocolate shop next door.

I could go to Fanuel Hall and eat till I exploded. Grabbed a slice of pizza after I was done working; the law firm I'm visiting is right at Fanuel Hall. Love that place. Having a whiskey at the Westin right now and about to go back around the North End.
My mom lived here for 6 1/2 years when I was a kid. I was here 3years ago or so for a wedding - that was my first time here in 13 years. Totally love this city.
But wanted to ask: is anyone else not that impressed by girls/women here? They all look a little rough, a little "Long Shoremen-ish" to me. That, or they all seem like they have a tinge of attitude, like they'd fight you if they had to. It's weird... There are just not many hot girls here.

Boston is for people scared of New York.
That city blows.- that explain why you walked with your pants down. lol.akrokdesign

Last night here! Trying to think of dinner options, seafood or more Italian food.
Last night I had two slices of pizza, fried clams, tirimisu gelato, and two canollis. STUFFED!
Had a lobster roll and clam chowder for lunch today.
I'd easily go back to the North End again tonight; it's raining and dark and was thinking about Newberry Street but not sure. Need to hit up this bakery in the North End to take stuff back to my office.
