About a year ago there was this flash site where you could move around some guitar pedals and it would modify whatever you had plugged into your mic port. Anyone remember what it was called?

On a related note, I hope that someday we'll see effect pedal companies (the major ones at least) releasing VST plug-in versions to exact specs for major audio recording software.
I just rearranged my pedal board that stays at my band's practice space last week, and brought it home over the weekend to fiddle with new pedals I added (MXR Micro Amp, Boss DD3 Delay, Little Big Muff) and had it set up with Logic and my Apogee Duet. It was great to record with it in stereo, but can't keep it at home all the time.
Short of buying another set of the same pedals, easily $800 - $1,000 worth) I would be thrilled if I could have the exact same pedals with the same controls to set up as Channel Strips in Logic. Man that would rule. Then everything I write at home could have its settings done exactly the same way on my pedal board. With some work I'm sure I can get close with default Logic effects, but I'd love an EXACT replication in operation and sound.

- right, but I'm more concerned about delay timings, for example.mg33
- No, but a good approx. is great when dicking around in Logic, before bringing stuff into the band.Nathan_Adams
