actually it's not so yum yum yum. there seems to be a new layout, and I don't really like it that much. to much linework, its distracting from the content. they should return to the success of the old layout used for previous issues.

I'm not fond of the new layout either, looks too industrial! Old layout was way better, had a more hand crafted feel to it.

yeah, the design and designer and just about everything else has changed as i left around this time last year after 3 years at the helm. having taken a lot of time to rest, recoup and get drunk i'm almost ready to launch my new project in the late spring so exciting times ahead.

same template throughout is a bit of a letdown for such a design/creative magazine.

Yep - we lost a pretty important member but most of the old team are still there. We decided to invite guest designers to tackle each issue - never going to be easy to pelase everyone. Next issue will have a new designer and a new layout. As you all know, we're all about creativity and trying something new.
