the only thing im not a fan of is the photos opening in the browser. I dont think you need it, everything looks great!

I find the background distracting and wonder whether having it plain white might be better? Better for me, obviously - your definition may vary from my own.
Tracking's a bit tight in spots too, perhaps?
Otherwise, simple and to the point gets my vote.

it's a little distracting for me. my eyes don't know where to go so they instantly looked for a "close browser" button - and when they found it they asked my hands and mouse to click it.
x2 on the lightbox idea, opening your images in _self is just rude.

work is incredibly versatile, you "home" page is probably unnecessary as the presentation is a bit confusing for a moment trying to find the navigation. might be more direct just to go to your "work" section as your landing page. If you want to make your work stand out, like the others said, go for cleaner white background. otherwise, you're ready to hit the streets!!

that landing page is unnecessary, its so annoying to have to do that extra click to enter.
letter spacing doesnt work with css, it just looks not so good, i know on print it looks better to tighten up the headlines , but it doesnt work also letter spacing +2 on menu is just too hard to read.
Maybe it would work with sifer and a different font also try with 1 instead of 2.
Not sure about the pirate skull in favicon, seems out of context?
Its also odd that the "logo" changes colour when you click on about.

bit late in day and havent really read everyone comments but.
honestly............. and i dont want to put you down because it looks like u take pride in what you do which is good.your need to re-work your
- typography
- kerning
- colour scheme
- def get rid of that enter button - no pointalso if your a designer, make a little effort with your own ident. its too easy to say u wanted it simple. plus its a system font with a typical aqua RGB value
on a good note, your work looks good but it appears to me that your input input these project are more on the buildiso maybe ng side than the creative side.
