You're just another commodity, why shouldn't They run your rates down and grab as They can for for Themselves?
It's not like You should give a damn about your output, not like You care about adding quality value to the world or trying (somehow) to better things.

nothing to worry about. Owning Adobe software does not make a designer. there have always been people churning out crap on the sidelines, this won't affect proper design.
