I heard U2 said they would pull a Metallica and do an album that is somewhere between the Joshua Tree and Achtum baby (sorry misspell). That would be awesome.
Metallica has been pretty successful with their Justice For All .2 this year.

i mean love him or hate him, bono is an original vocalist and a pretty strongwilled human being. the edge is also talented. the rhythm section of u2 sucks so much ass though..they're fucking anemic...

I've always had this fantasy about stapling ham slices to Bono and then leaving him in a raft with Oprah. There's something about watching one self important blow hard devour another.
